Physician's Assistant

full-spectrum family practice located in Austin, TX. We use preventative techniques to help
patients reverse their chronic illness, autoimmunity, and health conditions that were once
deemed irreversible. Our core concepts revolve around functional nutrition, movement,
hormonal support, digestion/gut integrity, stress management, toxin removal, and optimal
vitality/longevity.

The ideal candidate is a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant who has
● at least 2 years of experience in conventional medicine: family practice / urgent care.

Therapists

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Our Nurse Practitioners enjoy a fantastic quality of life and earn a competitive salary while
making a real difference in patients’ lives. The Nurse Practitioner Role plays a critical role in
mastering client care by providing high quality, result-oriented service, and product solutions.
Additionally, they ensure all protocols, safety precautions, and scope of practice are followed.
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but
are not intended to be all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.The ability to truly concentrate
on patient care, making them the first and foremost priority.
● Base salary: $80,000
● Bonus: 10% of membership revenue
● Expected salary:
○ $120,000+ after 1 year of service
○ $150,000+ after 2 years of service

● Being a contributing member of a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
● Work with our patients to find root causes of their illness/ailments
● Performs medical assessment of clinic patients, review labs, detailed prior history
● Establishes and monitors a medically appropriate level of care for all patients.
● Orders, directs and supports all laboratory, x-rays, injections, and collections for
patient care as needed
● Cooperates and participates in the development, implementation and revision of
policies affecting medical practice, quality of care and patient satisfaction.
● Participates in and assists with in-service and continuing education programs for
physicians, nurses and other personnel employed by or associated with the
company.
● Document all client care as appropriate in a timely manner.
● Works as a team with Providers and Nutritionists to identify patients’ proactive
medical needs and help develop an appropriate plan of care.
● Perform work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent
decisions.
● Communicate clearly with patients and coworkers through the telephone, email, and in
person
● Interprets health information and establishes diagnoses consistent with the
accumulated data.
● Orders necessary medications and other therapeutic equipment and supplies within the
scope of practice.
● Willing to objectively challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, new approaches,
and new solutions
● Educates and informs patients regarding the nature of the illness and the progress of
evaluation and treatment.
Qualifications:
● NPPA license
● A Master’s degree and certification by one of the Nurse Practitioner certifying bodies.
● Appropriately licensed, qualified, and registered to practice within the state of Texas.
● Must be proficient with EMRs.
● Ideal candidate is independent, enthusiastic and highly motivated.

Registered Nurse

We're currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team at a functional medicine and
full-spectrum family practice located in Austin, TX. We use preventative techniques to help

hormonal support, digestion/gut integrity, stress management, toxin removal, and optimal

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse who has:
● at least 2 years of experience in conventional medicine: family practice / urgent care.
● A passion to learn and practice functional / holistic medicine.
● A team player who can work parallel with our team of Providers, Nutritionists, and
Therapists

● Administers injections, applies dressings, and performs selected nursing procedures as
directed
● Responds to incoming telephone calls pertaining to the patient’s health and records
significant phone calls in the patient’s paper and/or electronic medical record
● Communicates patient information to the physician by either a written message or by an
electronic document. Notifies receptionists of any work-in appointments.
● Instructs patients regarding medication and treatment.
● Perform blood draws and lab processing
● Coordinating patient care appointments for nursing procedures
● Create and Establish Nursing Department (to be determined):
● Help establish protocols to help the nursing department run efficiently
● Prepares charts and orders necessary testing for the next day. Files reports and dictation
in the electronic medical record
● Follows clinics policy and procedures regarding Compliance and HIPAA.
● Carries out other similar or related duties to ensure smooth operation of the office and
optimal delivery of health care services

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
● Coordinating patient care: scheduling, phone calls, text messages,
appointments, etc.
● Support business development efforts for new patient care
● Schedule and confirm appointments
● Patient transactions
● Maintain inventory and supplies including monthly stock count
● Supplement shipments and test kit preparations
● Prepare and correspond various faxes, testing, and forms
● Ensure file organization based on office protocol
● Ad hoc projects may be added as required
Qualifications
● Associates degree or equivalent experience
● Minimum of 1 years experience in administration, preferably in a medical
setting
● Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
● Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to manage complex tasks while maintaining attention to detail
