Aubree Steen, FNTP

Aubree is a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) who focuses on healing the body from the source. She is an advocate for each patient with a firm belief that every person deserves to (and can) heal and thrive. She creates individualized plans helping patients reach their optimal health and understanding that each patient is unique. Aubree believes each person has the ability to live a balanced, more authentic life.  After integrative medicine changed her health and life, she has fallen in love with helping others heal. Her personal experiences with health and healing caused her to change career paths and driven her to help others get the help they deserve.

Aubree just moved back to Texas after spending some time in Portland, Oregon. In Portland, Aubree began her Masters of Science, and currently has an end goal of a Doctorate, specializing in Integrative Medicine. She has worked with practitioners and professors in Portland over the past few years from National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) and American College of Healthcare Sciences (ACHS) learning about the gut and its effects on hormonal health.

In addition to Aubree’s formal education, she utilizes mindful techniques and practices to help with internal and external healing. She completed a yoga teacher certification in 2015, and has volunteered for A Myndful Mornings since 2016. Additionally, she has also been able to host workshops for children teaching them about nutrition, while sparking joy about food. She is a firm believer in meditation, stress-reducing techniques, and intuitive body movement as accents to a personalized nutritional plan for increased health and happiness.

Aubree currently lives in Austin, where she spends her time smothered in love from her family. She enjoys cycling around the city, yoga, meditation, outdoor adventures, and snuggling up with her Bengal cat to read books. She plays the piano, flute, and is currently learning the violin. You can find her journeying through Austin’s natural beauty and any where that has live music.
